Incorporated on April 15, 1939, the Kappa Sigma Housebuilding Association (commonly known as House Corp), is the alumni organization for Delta-Mu that holds the deed and maintains the chapter house at 2510. All Alumni brothers are members of this organization. Annual meetings are held on UND Homecoming weekend to elect the all-volunteer Board of Directors.
